CAD/CAM Operator III

Our client, a leader in the engineering and manufacturing industry, is seeking a CAD Designer (Level III) to join their team.
As a CAD Designer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting design and drafting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CAD Designer Level III
Location: OH, Circleville 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $34.00 $40.00/hour

Whats the Job?

• Update various technical drawings in AutoCAD, including P&IDs, layout drawings, plan drawings, and isometric drawings.

• Maintain and optimize the Autodesk drawing vault to ensure accuracy and organization.

• Conduct in-plant field work to verify drawings and evaluate accuracy.

• Create working plans, detailed drawings, and layouts from verbal instructions, sketches, or rough notes.

• Perform routine engineering calculations, prepare specifications, and process change requests.

Whats Needed?

• 57 years of CAD design experience in engineering or manufacturing.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD and related CAD equipment/software.

• Ability to perform basic engineering and mathematical calculations.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
