The area’s top home builder is seeking a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Architect to join their team and bring dream homes to life. This position focuses on custom residential design , collaborating directly with clients to create unique, functional, and inspiring spaces.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand vision, lifestyle needs, and budget.
• Design and develop custom home plans from concept through completion.
• Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and permitting processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (or working toward licensure).
• Proven experience in custom home design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong creative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
