We are seeking a Construction PM to join a national builder of commercial projects. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various construction projects from inception to completion. Your strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage diverse teams will ensure the successful execution of projects in alignment with our company's standards and goals.

What You'll Do:

As our Superintendent, you will be the on-site leader, overseeing the daily operations of assigned projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and motivating construction crews.
Ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
Coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.
Identifying and resolving potential issues proactively.
Maintaining clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans and specifications.

Who We Seek:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent in the construction industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Deep understanding of construction methods and safety regulations.
Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Commitment to quality and exceeding client expectations.
Experience with Construction software (a plus)
Ability to manage projects as large as $15m (a plus)
