Construction Superintendent

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of safety regulations and project scheduling. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The candidate must have experience supervising commercial construction projects of at least $5M.

Duties
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets and contract documents.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, the owner and architect to facilitate smooth project execution.
Implement OSHA safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Prepare and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular site meeting to monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
Review drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and best practices in workplace safety.
Excellent budgeting skills with experience in construction estimating a plus.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Strong project scheduling capabilities with attention to detail.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
