Operations Manager

Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading all aspects of supply chain and operations for multiple product lines within the organization, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the organization's goals. The role supervises and leads a team of operations professionals (exempt individual contributors) providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. The role includes managing supply chain logistics, production, procurement, inventory, and distribution.

Responsibilities
Undertakes accountability for supply and demand activities for multiple product lines, ensuring that performance (inventory, cost, etc.) meets global and regional planning requirements.
Manages a team of exempt individual contributors that typically support a moderately complex global business unit.
Ensures the delivery of products and services that meet the performance metrics defined by senior management.
Manages the demand and supply matching activities, connecting planning to execution and identifying issues and their impact.
Consults with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a limited scope.
Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in their design and implementation.
Drives countries' trade compliance programs to realize efficiencies and advantages in the supply chain.
Drives budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support cost-effective operations.
Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to maintain successful operations, addressing any roadblocks or challenges.
Participates in hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.

Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience or 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

The pay range for this role is $93,150 to $140,650 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
