Job Description
Join a dynamic team building some of the most important community projects in the State of New Mexico. We are looking for highly motivated, conscientious individuals who want to be a part of our team for the long-term and who have large-scale commercial project experience. We are seeking both senior level individuals with complex project experience and those individuals who have run smaller projects but seek to run larger projects.
We are looking for the following skills/experience:
Team player
Strong communication skills in both oral and written forms; excellent follow through
Ability to successfully prioritize and complete multiple tasks within project deadlines is essential
Ability to pre-plan and coordinate several projects in regards to material contracts, manpower, equipment, safety and subcontractors
Thorough understanding of schedules, project budgets, submittals, change orders, and job costing

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
