Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through bidding and execution. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in drywall or construction management.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from pre-construction through bidding and execution.
  • Conduct estimating and take-offs including blueprint review, cost estimation, and proposal generation.
  • Administer and implement contracts and manage change orders.
  • Spend 20% of time in the field for site visits, pre-bid meetings, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain effective customer communication with updates, issue resolution, and proposal follow-ups.
  • Manage reporting and billing including financial tracking, AIA billing, and labor scheduling.
Essential Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in drywall/construction and blueprint reading.
  • Proficient in project management and construction management.
  • Experience with drywall or sheetrock projects.
  • Proficient in Procore, Salesforce, Sage 300, Blue Beam, and Building Connected.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office Suite.

  • Strong communicator with excellent soft skills.
  • Self-starter who is team-oriented and customer-focused.

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
