Skilled Tradesman - Project Based / Piece Rate

ProStar Construction & Maintenance Services, Inc. is lining up steady work and looking for a capable Skilled Tradesman to help on residential and light commercial projects. If you do clean work, communicate well, and finish what you start, lets talk.

Work youll take on
* Carpentry: framing repairs, doors/windows, siding, decks, rails, stairs, trim
* Drywall: hang, tape/finish, texture; minor paint touch-up
* Exterior repairs: fencing, soffit/fascia, misc. punch and service calls
* Light demo, site protection, and jobsite cleanup related to your scope
* Read simple plans, measure accurately, and document with photos

How it works
* Youll receive work orders with scope, photos, and agreed piece rate before starting
* Accept the scopes you want, schedule within the customer window, and complete
* Quality and code compliance are expected
* Submit photo documentation and short completion notes for prompt payout

What you bring
* 3+ years in a primary trade - strong carpentry preferred
* Your own tools, reliable vehicle, and a smartphone for photos/messaging
* Professional communication and customer service on occupied jobs
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
* Familiarity with PPRBD and IRC/IBC basics is a plus

Pay & timing
* Piece-rate per scope with written confirmation before you start
* Mix of small tickets and multi-day installs
* ACH or check within 7-10 business days after verified completion
