Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including groundskeeping, tree care, and irrigation. The Landscape Laborer will work closely with our skilled team to ensure that all residential properties are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
Operate and maintain power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Conduct tree care activities including tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth.
Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience

Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating various landscaping equipment.
Familiarity with tree care practices and techniques is beneficial.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
