Painter / Maintenance

We are looking for a painter with carpentry experience for interior and exterior apartment buildings. Must be reliable and punctual.

Requirements:

2 years experience

have hand tools

own transportation to from jobs

masking, caulking, and ladder

Paint with Brush and Roller

Be able to lift 60lbs

Full- time M-F 8am -5pm
Paid holidays
