CE Doyle is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in our Campbellsport, WI office! CE Doyle is a full service design-build contractor specializing in tilt-up construction for over 50 years. As the first contractor to bring Thermomass tilt-up to Wisconsin 35 years ago and the area's leading provider of this construction method, our team continues to grow.
This position will play a key role in assisting our team run a smooth operation by facilitating projects onsite as well as in the office. Our preferred candidate will have a good basic knowledge of the construction industry and be ready to take that knowledge to the next step!
The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting the CE Doyle team with, but not limited to:
Assisting with fielding questions from foreman
Being an onsite leader to assist the construction team
Attending pre-construction meetings
Learning the in's and out's of tilt-up construction
Communication with general contractors
Handling submittals and communicating with vendors
Create preliminary construction schedules
Review preliminary plans and specifications.
Assist with preliminary material and equipment take-offs.
Order, track, and expedite equipment as directed by Project Management.
Work with Project Management to respond to daily RFI's.
Travel to job site to complete responsibilities
Work to understand complex functional situations by paying attention to the details of the tasks at hand
Proactively develop and maintain a broad knowledge of the technical disciplines in the functional area
Use subject matter/functional expertise, influence, and process skills to help internal customers identify and meet their high priority needs
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail oriented, has excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize workload.

Office Hours- 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Education and Experience:
Building Construction Management Degree (BCM), or a related field. Can be met with years of experience in related fields
At least 3 years of experience in construction industry preferred
Minimum of high school diploma required
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
Work Location: In person
Knowledge/Skills:
Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Project, Procore and Navisworks preferred
Familiarity with blue collar construction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
