With multiple locations across several states, we specialize in Water Restoration, Fire Restoration, and Mold Remediation . We're looking for a Project Manager who embodies excellence, integrity, and professionalism, and is ready to lead restoration projects with precision and compassion.
Position Overview
As a Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate emergency restoration projects from start to finish. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, technicians, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters, ensuring that every job is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities
Manage water, fire, and mold restoration projects
Conduct site inspections and develop scopes of work
Create accurate estimates using industry software (eg, Xactimate)
Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and materials
Maintain clear communication with clients and insurance representatives
Monitor job progress, quality, and safety compliance
Ensure proper documentation and timely invoicing
Provide leadership and mentorship to field teams
Respond to emergency calls and manage on-call schedules
Requirements
2+ years of experience in restoration or construction project management
IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT) preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with project management and estimating software
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Drug-free and able to pass a criminal background check
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
