Painter, Tile, Laminate flooring guys

Elgin job by I-90 & Rt.31
Builder looking for the following guy's (NOT a jack of all trades)-
Tile installer for the following-
* Master Bath- Floor 5'x9' 45 sqft (brick pattern)
Master shower walls- 88 sqft (brick pattern with soap dish)
* Hall Bath - Floor 6'x6' 36 sqft (brick pattern)
Hall Bath Tub Surround- 66 sqft ( brick pattern with soap dish)
* Painter needed to paint trim (white w/satin finish) and roll all walls (1) color flat finish. No ceilings.
* Laminate flooring guy to install flooring in my rentals.
