Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our projects while maintaining high safety standards. The Equipment Operator will be responsible for the safe and effective use of machinery, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment including excavator, haul truck, Front End wheel loader
Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.

Experience
Proven experience in heavy equipment operation.
Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment as needed.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
