Job Title: Welder

Job Description

Join our team as a welder, where you will utilize both gas welding and various arc welding processes to join metal parts. Your work will include repairing broken or cracked parts, filling holes, and increasing the size of metal components. You will also position and clamp components of fabricated metal parts in preparation for welding, and perform related tasks such as thermal cutting, drilling, shearing, punch pressing, and de-burring.

Responsibilities

  • Weld metal parts together using gas and arc welding processes.

  • Repair broken or cracked parts, fill holes, and increase the size of metal parts.

  • Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal parts preparatory to welding.

  • Perform related tasks such as thermal cutting, drilling, shearing, punch pressing, and de-burring.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in welding, including MIG welding and the ability to read blueprints.

  • Experience working with stainless steel and fitting components.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55120.00 - $61360.00/yr.
