Responsibilities

• Refurbish used paper mill machine parts by welding and assembling components.

• Work from blueprints and adapt welding techniques as needed.

• Perform MIG and TIG welding depending on project requirements.

• Conduct inspections to verify the quality of welded components.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience with TIG, Flux Core, and MIG welding on stainless and carbon steel.

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, tape measures, and protractors.

• ASME Certification in welding techniques including Mig, Tig, and Flux Core.

• Ability to perform self-inspections of welded components.

Job Type

This is a Permanent position with the option to work during 1st shift hours (6AM-4:30PM, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday) or 2nd shift hours (4:15PM-2:45AM, Monday-Thursday).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
