Carpenter - Weekly Pay! - Start ASAP

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $25-$32/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm

Join a thriving commercial construction company that takes pride in managing projects from design to build. With 17-20 projects running concurrently, this company specializes in self-performing carpentry and steel work while subcontracting other tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform commercial construction carpentry tasks including framing and rough carpentry.

• Execute finish carpentry work, including drywall installation, trim work, and cabinetry.

• Proficiently use a tape measure and operate saws and various other power tools.

• Read and interpret blueprints, details, and drawings.

• Install hardware and complete concrete and new construction tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in commercial construction and framing.

• Experience in rough carpentry and finish carpentry.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

• Skill in operating saws and various power tools.

• Experience with drywall, concrete, and new construction.

• Proficiency in trim work, hardware installation, and cabinetry.

• Ability to use essential tools such as hammers, pliers, speed squares, and tape measures.

• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools including utility knives, tool belts, and wrenches.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
