$1,000 Retention Bonus for Bridge Construction Laborers

CPM Constructors currently has open Laborer positions in Southern Maine. The starting pay for

laborers is between $24-26/hour.

General and construction laborers must have the following skills and abilities:

Understand equipment, processes, and tools commonly used in the construction of bridges,

Ability to work with steel, concrete, and other construction materials,

Understand the safety rules and regulations involved in the work,

Ability to work from scaffolds, high heights, and over water, and

Ability to understand and follow instructions.

Applicants must have reliable transportation to the work sites up to 50 miles to the Kittery, Kennebunk, Biddeford, Portland, Falmouth, Freeport, and the Lewiston/Auburn area. Must be willing to work full days as well as nights and weekends as required. If you feel you cannot meet these requirements, please do not apply.

An excellent safety record and pre-employment testing are required.

CPM Constructors also works on other projects in Maine and across Northern New England.

There will be an opportunity for you to move to other projects, upon completion of the work in

this location.

If you are hired and stay employed with us for 60 days you will receive $500 and if you stay

employed with us for 120 days, we will pay you an additional $500 retention bonus!
