Duties
Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and roofing.
Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and job sites.
Prepare job sites by cleaning and organizing tools and materials.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Experience
Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
A valid driver's license is beneficial for transportation to job sites.
