As a Little Rock, AR Mechanic/Service Technician, you will serve in a vital role fabricating, fitting, and assembling the structural components of various mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Test the functionality of parts and systems

- Perform routine troubleshooting on bodies and equipment

- Replace damaged or defective structural components as needed

- Install new equipment by reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics

- Construct structural components from raw materials

- Use welding equipment to specifications

- Conduct quality checks of completed work to ensure that the customer's needs are met

- Keep a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

- Maintain a safe and organized work area

- Promote a positive team-oriented attitude with other employees and across the workplace

Qualifications include:

- High School diploma or GED

- Extensive Mechanical knowledge

- Extensive Electrical knowledge

- Extensive Hydraulic knowledge

- Ability to weld (MIG) and fabricate top quality products

- Ability to read, interpret, and work with parts and installation drawings and manuals

- Strong communication, analytical skills, problem-solving skills, time management, and organization skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of the required hand and power tools

- Strong attention to and commitment to quality

- Dedicated, driven approach and commitment to getting it right with a never-ending desire to learn, improve, and contribute

- Current welding and state certifications and/or preparedness to obtain additional certifications and training as needed (may require company-paid travel)

Tools required:

- Combination wrench set for " to 1" - Set of Allen wrenches

- Combination wrench set for metric through - Punch and chisel set

- " socket set - Set of vise grips

- 3/8" socket set - Ball peen hammers

- " socket set - Wire pliers (crimping and stripping)

- Test light - Frame square

- Creeper - Screwdriver set (flathead and Phillips)

- Drop light - Pipe wrench set

- Welding HOOD - Set of pliers

- Toolbox - Set of crescent wrenches

Benefits offered include health insurance, vision and dental, paid holidays, and paid time off. This is a Full time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
