Description
Hadco Construction, Utah's premier excavation and heavy civil contractor, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Mainline/Development Division. This role combines estimating, project coordination, and management. You'll help prepare accurate bids, support active projects, and maintain strong client relationships from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review estimates for utilities, grading, and excavation.
Review plans, specs, and bid documents to develop scopes and pricing.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and project teams.
Track schedules, budgets, and documentation.
Attend site visits, pre-bid, and coordination meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience in the heavy civil construction industry required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with B2W, InSite, AGTEK, or ComputerEase is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
