Summary of Position:
The Project Coordinator - Global Marketing & Institutional Relations will be responsible for special projects and providing administrative support for the EVP for Global Marketing & Institutional Relations and the SVP of College Relations & Advising.
Essential Job Responsibilities & Duties:
Complete special projects and initiatives as assigned by the EVP of Global Marketing & Institutional Relations and the SAVP of College Relations & Advising
Execute semi-annual process for developing and publishing program prices.
Maintains the calendars, including planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, events, and preparing materials for meetings for EVP for Global Marketing & Institutional Relations and the SVP of College Relations & Advising.
Complete expense reports.
Provide support for new program and Center development.
Draft, edit, and format correspondence and other documents.
Log and maintain notes during meetings, as needed.
Develop presentations, as needed.
Coordinate the EVP and Sr. AVP's travel - airline reservations, hotel reservations, car rental, etc.
Coordinate the following meetings, including scheduling, mailings, related presentations, and meeting minutes for:
Marketing Committee of the Board of Directors
Institutional Membership Committee
Nominations Committee
Pricing Implementation Team
Pricing Committee
Board of Directors (materials and presentation support only)
Arrange school visits between Center Directors and schools within the IES Abroad consortium
Experience & Qualifications/Skills
3+ years' experience, administrative support experience a plus.
High level of organizational proficiency and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong project management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
High level of organizational proficiency and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
Demonstrated decision making skills.
Proven experience in critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Prezi, and PowerPoint).
Experience with expense reporting.
Creativity and ability to create engaging presentations via Prezi and/or PowerPoint.
Flexibility and ability to change priorities quickly
Ability to maintain professional confidentiality.
Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision, as well as within a team.
Education Licenses and/or Certifications etc.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience required.
Hiring Salary Range:
$60,000 - $65,000
