A Project Superintendent is the primary on-site individual for execution and completion of the work at the project site and will be responsible for project safety, project scheduling, trade coordination, quality control and working in concert with the Project Manager to maintain cost.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated mastery of skills in these areas:
• Managing site activity
• Labor relations
• Anticipating and resolving field related issues
• Establishing and enforcing site schedule requirements
• Managing site safety and insurance risks
• Leadership
• Ability to communicate, both written and oral
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• References must be included with your resume
