General Laborer Job Description As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for operating machinery such as skid steers, forklifts, and front-end loaders. You will complete required paperwork and perform simple math calculations related to incoming loads and materials. Your role will also involve using shovels and other equipment to clean up spillage, maintaining the grounds, and occasionally digging out tracks. This position requires working outside.
