Forklift Operator Location: Bettendorf, IA Overview: We're seeking two experienced professionals to join our Bettendorf team on 1st shift. As a Senior Pipe Handler/Forklift Operator, you'll play a key role across multiple departmentsPipe Cell, Receiving, Shipping, and Packagingensuring efficient material flow, accurate documentation, and safe handling of pipe and coil products. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute unloading of inbound pipe shipments; relocate materials to designated pick locations. Pull and prepare pipe orders, including labeling, barcoding, bundling, and wrapping. Operate sit-down forklifts and other powered industrial trucks with precision and safety. Oversee container and truck unloading, verifying product accuracy and condition. Manage restocking and inventory movement to support production and shipping schedules. Handle coil orders and prepare products for outbound shipment. Support customer pickups and will-call orders with professionalism and accuracy. Mentor junior team members and assist in training on safe handling and operational procedures. Required Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or production setting. Strong experience in material handling, inventory flow, and general warehouse operations. Proven ability to perform in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: 6+ months of sit-down forklift experience. Familiarity with packing, pallet jack usage, shipping/receiving, and order picking.
