Caulker

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Caulker to join our dynamic Glass and Glazing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various construction tasks, with a strong focus on caulking and sealing applications. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a solid understanding of construction processes. The Caulker will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities

Apply caulk and sealants in various construction applications to ensure watertight and airtight seals.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine project requirements.
Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks including installation of trim and other finish products.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks such as flooring installation and tile laying.
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.

Skills

Ability to perform detailed tasks such as glass installation, and assisting other team members to complete projects on time.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
