Service Plumber

Job Responsibilities:
Perform minor to complex service work on plumbing systems, primarily in a residential setting; experience with well pumps also preferred.
Repair/replace water heaters and PRVs; experience with tankless water heaters also preferred.
Repair/replace shower, tub, and sink faucets.
Repair/replace main lines and plumbing distribution systems.
Repair/rebuild non-functioning and/or leaking drains.
Snake main drain lines and run camera inspections.
Identify proper materials and quantities needed for new and existing projects.
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years prior experience.
Must have basic hand tools necessary for the trade.
Ability to be on-call for after hours and weekend emergency jobs; on-call schedule rotates with the rest of the team.
Valid Driver's License required.
Background check required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
Professional appearance and personality.
Experience working with a Service Fleet Management Software (such as Fleetmatics) as it pertains to managing your daily schedule and reporting to your assigned jobs.
Knowledge of drain machines, cameras, and locating equipment.
Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
