Custom Machine Assembler Requirements & Qualifications:

• Previous experience assembling standard and custom machinery
• Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T tolerances
• Ability to modify, fit, and align assemblies to tight specifications
• Capable of reverse engineering and handling builds from start to finish
• Hands-on machining experience: manual/CNC mill, lathe, and surface grinding
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, and robotics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Clear communicator who works well with designers, team members, and customers
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for projects

Custom Machine Assembler Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with rigging and leveling machinery
• Exposure to both manual and CNC machining environments
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Background in customer-focused manufacturing roles
