Job Summary:

The Project Executive is a senior-level leader responsible for overseeing the successful execution of large-scale mechanical construction projects. This role provides strategic direction, leadership, and overall project management to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The Project Executive acts as the primary point of contact for the client and ensures effective coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Job Description

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex mechanical construction projects (HVAC, plumbing, piping, fire protection, etc.)

  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

  • Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and scopes.

  • Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

  • Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration.

  • Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and field supervisors.

  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and regular progress reports.

  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Drive project profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Support business development efforts, including estimating, proposal writing, and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in mechanical construction, with at least 5 years in a project leadership role.

  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale mechanical projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Sprinkler, systems.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project).

  • PMP or PE certification is a plus.REMOVE
