Specialty Roofing and Gutter Installer

Established Roofing and Gutter company is seeking a mature individual to work in the field as an installer.

Responsibilities:

Install or repair all types of roofing including TPO, EPDM, standing seam metal, slate and tile.

Fabricate and install all types of gutter systems.

Fabricate metal products including roof flashings, chimney caps, finials, roof panels, etc. using a hand brake and hand tools.

Follow engineer drawings, blueprints or rough sketches to shape metal to meet product specifications.

Drive the company's panel and gutter machines to job sites and run material per customer's specifications.

Drive the company's forklift to load, stack and transport flat sheet and coil.

Assist with inventory control and keeping the shop organized and clean.

Requirements:

Prior experience in metal fabrication and construction preferred, but willing to train the right person

Ability to operate tools and equipment related to roofing and hand fabricating metal (brakes, shears, etc.)

Display excellent workmanship and be able to follow instructions

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record in order to drive company vehicles

Excellent work attendance and a great attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
