Construction Project Manager

We're hiring a Construction Project Manager to support a large Engineering and Construction Firm. This role oversees projects from pre-construction to completion, managing safety, quality, cost, and scheduling. Ideal for experienced leaders in construction management. responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction operations from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
  
  
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  
  
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project objectives and resolve any issues.
  
  
• Lead risk management processes, including contract negotiations, change orders, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  
  
• Develop and implement staffing plans, ensuring proper workforce allocation and training for project success.
  
  
• Supervise the bidding and procurement process, including preparing scopes of work and evaluating contractor proposals.
  
  
• Monitor and report project performance metrics, including earned value, schedule adherence, and cost tracking.
  
  
• Ensure all necessary permits, documentation, and compliance measures are secured and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely development and delivery of project design and technical requirements.
  
  
• Conduct regular audits, progress assessments, and project closeout activities, including documentation turnover and warranty administration.
