Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certification is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Frequent use of a computer and other office equipment.
  • Ability to travel as required for project needs.
