Well established Design/Build firm is seeking a Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for managing residential construction projects ranging from $200K-$500K in size from start to completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Plan and Co-ordinate Sub-Contractors
* Direct and Lead foremen and carpenters
* Maintain required project documents
* Ensure project deadlines and costs are met
* Serve as a liaison between clients and designers
* Administer company standards & construction methods
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong communication skills are a must
* 5+ years of experience in Residential Construction and Carpentry is required
* Extensive knowledge in Wood Frame Construction , Additions, Kitchens & Baths
* Strong construction management skills
* Deadline and detail oriented
