Our client, a leader in the facilities and maintenance industry, is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting facilities operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills , attention to detail , and a commitment to safety , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: MA, Andover,
Pay Range: $44.68 per hour

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related components.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance following set schedules.

• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and determine repair solutions.

• Adjust system controls and test system performance.

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

• High school diploma or GED (trade school or technical certification preferred).

• EPA Section 608 Certification.

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, controls, and safety standards.
