Part Time Project Manager Residential Renovation Oversight

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Project Manager to serve as the local point of contact for a residential renovation project in the Arnold / New Kensington, PA area. This position is ideal for someone with experience in construction oversight, renovation project management, or home inspections who can ensure work is being completed to standard and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular on-site walkthroughs of the property (frequency to be determined).
Take detailed progress photos and short videos of the renovation work.
Provide written progress reports noting work completed, quality observations, and any concerns.
Verify contractor is adhering to the agreed scope of work and schedule.
Communicate updates clearly and promptly to an out-of-state investor.
Flag potential issues early and suggest solutions where possible.
Coordinate with the contractor for access, scheduling, and scope clarification.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years prior experience in construction management, home renovation, inspections, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Reliable transportation to and from the property.
Ability to take clear, high-quality photos and videos.
Familiarity with basic construction terms, quality standards, and timelines.

Preferred

Experience working with real estate investors, especially out-of-state clients.
Knowledge of residential building codes and renovation processes.

Compensation: $45-$50+ flat-rate per visit
