Description

Lead structural engineering efforts from initial concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence and compliance.Serve as a subject matter expert on structural codes, materials, and construction techniques.Produce and review engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, project managers, and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.Provide mentorship and technical oversight to junior engineers, fostering growth and maintaining high standards.Develop innovative structural solutions tailored to client and project needs.Perform advanced structural analysis and assessments for new builds and existing structures.Represent the firm in client engagements, site visits, and project presentations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred).Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required; Structural Engineer (S.E.) license is a plus.Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design across multiple sectors.Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.Proficiency in structural design software such as RISA, Revit, and ArchiCAD.Excellent communication, organizational, and technical writing skills.
