Commercial HVAC Service Technician

We are a rapidly growing commercial HVAC contractor committed to delivering exceptional service and quality. We are actively expanding our Service Department and are seeking a skilled Commercial Service Technician to help us grow while maintaining our high standards in the field.
Job Summary
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing planned maintenance, diagnosing system issues, and repairing commercial HVAC systems. Youll also play a key role in supporting construction projects with equipment startups, testing, and final inspections. This role requires technical expertise, strong communication, and a professional approach to customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance and service on commercial HVAC equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on-site
Assist with equipment startups and commissioning for new construction projects
Communicate effectively with the service manager, shop manager, project managers, and clients
Complete and submit accurate service documentation and photos
Identify opportunities for Planned Maintenance agreements
Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and company vehicle in clean and safe working order
Qualifications
2+ years of commercial HVAC field experience preferred
EPA Universal Certification required
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (ABSOLUTE MUST). If you're under 25 and have one ticket, you will not qualify!
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
