Were looking for an exceptional finish carpenter with a strong skillset and passion for delivering top-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour DOE

What Youll Do
Perform high-level finish carpentry, including custom trim, casework, wainscoting, crown molding, and built-ins
Install hardware, doors, and specialty fixtures with precision
Complete occasional back framing and custom detail work depending on project needs
Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other trades to maintain quality and schedule
Problem-solve and adapt to unique site conditions with creativity and skill
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What Were Looking For
10+ years of carpentry experience, with strong finish carpentry expertise
Framing experience is a plus
Ability to read and interpret detailed plans and specifications
High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
