Responsibilities:

Handle minor home repairs (HVAC, plumbing, drywall, etc.)
Assist with light carpentry, painting, and furniture assembly
Respond to occasional emergency service calls (will have schedule for ONCALL week)
Communicate clearly and complete work in a timely, professional manner

Requirements:
Prior experience as a handyman or in general maintenance
Must have your own vehicle and basic tools
