About us:
We help homeowners save energy and improve comfort by sealing air leaks, installing insulation, removing and installing ducts, and making homes more efficient. If you've worked with tools, done repairs, or have construction skills, you'll fit right in. We'll train you on the weatherization process.
What You'll Do:
Install insulation, weatherstripping , and energy-savings materials.
Use basic hand and power tools (drill, caulk gun, saw, etc.)
Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of home environments
Follow safety precautions and maintain a clean work area
What We're Looking For:
1+ year experience in construction, carpentry, handyman work, or similiar trades
Comfortable using common tools and climbing ladders
Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tights areas
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Good communication skills and team mindset
