We are hiring HVAC and Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing team. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in a variety of commercial and residential settings. You will need to work independently, communicate clearly with customers, and respond to occasional emergency service calls as part of our on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

-Install, service, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, including walk-in freezers and units up to 50 tons
-Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues
-Perform seasonal maintenance and system cleaning
-Use diagnostic tools and technical schematics
-Provide clear explanations and service options to customers
-Maintain accurate service records using field software
-Participate in an on-call rotation every four to six weeks for emergency repairs

Qualifications

-EPA certification (Class 2 or higher) is required
-At least two years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration is required; four to five years is preferred
-Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
-Experience with commercial HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment
-Basic electrical knowledge
-Physically able to lift equipment and work in various environments, including tight spaces and extreme temperatures
-Must live within 25 miles of the office
-Must have basic tools. Specialized tools will be provided
-Willingness to be part of the emergency on-call rotation

-Competitive hourly pay from $52,000 to $92,000/year based on experience
