Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $22 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs and upkeep Handle simple electrical work including wiring, outlet installation, and troubleshooting
• Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and minor structural repairs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance or renovation work preferred
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance skills
• Experience with siding installation and repair preferred
• Ability to read and interpret basic work orders or blueprints a plus!
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and working in various weather conditions
