Lead insulation crews with confidence and precision. With 5+ years of experience, youll oversee daily operations, ensure timely task execution, and uphold quality and safety standards. You'll interpret blueprints, manage installations of fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, and rigid boards, and maintain compliance with building codes. Your role includes training team members, coordinating with clients and contractors, and reporting progress to project managers.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and guide insulation crews.
Plan and assign daily tasks to meet deadlines.
Interpret blueprints and work orders.
Ensure proper installation of insulation materials.
Conduct quality checks and enforce safety protocols.
Lead safety meetings and maintain compliance.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
Track tools, materials, and equipment.
Train new hires and support team development.
Report updates and issues to project managers.
Qualifications
4+ years in insulation installation; 12 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of insulation types and safety practices.
Skilled in blueprint reading and job site logistics.
Effective communicator and problem solver.
OSHA certification preferred.
Valid drivers license with clean record.
Able to work in varied weather and physical conditions.
