* Residential & commercial projects
* Based in Sacramento (travel to local jobsites)

Responsibilities:

* Lead painting crews & manage projects
* Prep, prime, paint, and finish interior/exterior surfaces
* Ensure high-quality, professional results
* Communicate clearly with clients & team
* Keep job sites clean and safe

Requirements:

* 2+ years of painting experience (crew leadership a plus)
* Strong skills in prep, brush, roll, and spray techniques
* Reliable transportation & valid drivers license
* Attention to detail & pride in your work
* Must be dependable and a team player
