About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and implement operational project management for our R&D development projects. This role carries technical, financial, and commercial responsibility and requires close coordination with product line management, engineering, production, sales, and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement operational project management for R&D development projects, ensuring alignment with technical, financial, and commercial goals.
- Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams.
- Engage and involve all necessary stakeholdersincluding development/engineering, purchasing, production, and salesto achieve project objectives.
- Oversee project documentation in accordance with the development plan and company guidelines.
- Review and enhance project management methods, tools, KPIs, and processes during planning and implementation phases.
Your Profile / Qualifications

- Completed university degree, preferably in engineering (Masters degree or equivalent).
- 35 years of project management experience in an international environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and conceptual work style.
- High motivation, team spirit, eagerness to learn, and proactive initiative.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $70,000 - $95,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
