Excavation Laborer

Construction Laborer - Can Start ASAP!!!

Contract-to-Hire | Hampton, NH | $20-$21/hr

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with digging, grading, trenching, and general site preparation. You will work closely with equipment operators and other crew members to ensure efficient and safe operations. The position requires physical labor and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Support excavation and earthworks operations

• Operate and assist with heavy equipment including excavators and front-end loaders

• Perform general labor tasks such as trenching, grading, and landscaping

• Use hand tools and follow safety protocols on-site

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Required Skills:

• Excavator operation

• Heavy equipment handling

• General construction labor

• Front-end loader operation

• Proficiency with hand tools

• Landscaping and earthworks experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of construction experience

• Strong understanding of site preparation and safety procedures

• Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.10 - $35.10/hr.
