Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced HVAC Mechanics for commercial work in Cincinnati, OH. We are seeking dependable, skilled tradesmen capable of performing all aspects of duct installation and HVAC system setup with minimal supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Installing and hanging sheet metal ductwork (spiral and rectangular)

• Reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints and layouts

• Installing curbs, grilles, and HVAC units

• Sealing, insulating, and testing duct systems for performance

• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team or independently

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial HVAC installation experience

• Must have basic hand tools and full PPE (hard hat, vest, gloves, glasses, boots)

• Strong blueprint reading and mechanical layout skills

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to work with little direction and meet job deadlines
