Job Title: Salesforce Quality Assurance Lead Engineer
Slalom is seeking a Salesforce Quality Engineerand testleadcapableofdeliveringand leadingtestingactivitieson client projects andhelpingscaleourSalesforce qualityengineeringpractice.You will leadteams ofquality engineers who will beperforming both manual and automated testingon the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. You will be expected to work directly withinternal senior leaders tohelpbuild and expand ourqualityengineeringpractice bydevelopingthought leadership, best practices, trainingprograms, point-of-views, new offerings, testing frameworks,andtesting strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead software quality and testing activities onSalesforceprojects of medium to large size and complexity.
- Manage fullquality andtesting teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Develop overallquality andtesting strategy for client projects.
- Help provide thought leadership and contribute to the development ofquality engineeringstandards and methodologiesat Slalom.
- Assess solution risk and assist the project team inprioritizingtest efforts.
- Select and configure appropriatequalitytoolsets to manage project testing.
- Provide meaningful mentoring and advising to junior members of the practice.
- Performresponsibilities ofquality engineeringprojectteam members fromapplication testing totest strategy rolloutwhen required.
- Manage quality engineering resources, assist with talent/recruitingactivities,andhelpgrowand mentormore junior resources.
Qualifications:
- Experience insoftware and testing lifecycle, inception through deployment.
- Experience in test strategy, test planning, test case design, andtestexecution.
- Experiencewith quality-related roles such as test lead,performance test engineer,automationtest designer, test environmentdesigner, and user acceptance test lead.
- ExperiencewithUItest automation (e.g.,Selenium,Provar, AccelQ, CRT, Tricentis).
- Experience withAPItesting (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler).
- Passionate aboutquality engineering and the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommendquality engineeringsolutions that add value to their business.
- Greatverbal and writtencommunicationskills.
