Salary Range: $90K$120K (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of assigned construction projects from planning to final handover
Review plans, specifications, and contracts for compliance and constructability
Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost forecasting to keep projects on target
Lead coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and regulatory agencies
Ensure top-tier safety standards and adherence to OSHA requirements
Build strong relationships with clients and project partners
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in commercial or residential project management
Proficiency with Procore, Sage 300 CRE, and Bluebeam
Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
