The Opportunity

Were seeking a Project Engineer to support project teams from preconstruction through closeout. Youll coordinate documentation, scheduling, subcontractor communications, and quality controlhelping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This role is perfect for a construction professional looking to deepen their expertise and grow into a senior project management track.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preconstruction activities, estimating, and bid evaluations

• Manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation

• Support scheduling and cost tracking efforts using industry software

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Monitor quality control and help ensure jobsite safety compliance

• Contribute to project closeout, including as-built documentation and warranty materials

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• 25 years of experience in commercial or residential construction

• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts

• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
